Since turning 21 I took advantage of my legal status to explore the many styles of beer, initially guided my Michael Jackson’s television series and books, then through home brewing. I seldom drink the same beer twice in a row. My chief beer related grievance is that most if not all of my favorite beers (all imports)have disappeared into the mists of time and memory, cut from distribution lists, the victims of marketing and economic Darwinism.
