RARELY RATE; SWITCHING TO TICKIN My tongue may not be as refined as some. I may not be as articulate as many of my fellow ratebeerians, but I know beer and I know good beer. I’ve been at this since before I could drink legally, my tastes continue to change. I started with just anything not macro lager, then eventually ended up in the Imp Stout area. I joined RB at the height of my Imp Stout loving days. I’ve slowly learned to appreciated some of the stronger hop profiles thou I fear I’ll never be a true hophead. I’ve dabbled with brewing using an impressive setup to using a kitchen kit. My tastes are yet again changing, I think I’m moving on from the Imp Stout range to the Sour/Lambic pastures. Also really liking the sweeter meads lately. Beer is good, and stuff. [ less ]
