My most recent beer tastes and brewing inspiration are/were directly influenced by Tomme Arthur’s excellent products during my short tenure at the Solana Beach Pizza Port. Prior to that I acquired a taste for German beers when stationed in Mannheim Germany for two years. Now I opened up my own pizza place and since I didn’t have the capital for brewing equipment, I just decided to carry the finest beers on tap at my restaurant.
