Any must sees? Staying downtown, art district or something.
Primarily just Portland but also going to Corvallis for a bit. Anything I must see or do in Corvallis? Anything good on the drive?
Obviously HOTD, Cascade, etc but what else??
Would like solid food recommendations (not fancy food, just great beer bars/brew pubs with acceptable food)

Hotd = meh Definitely hit Commons as they will be closing down at the end of the year. At Commons you have cheese bar! Breakside is another in my top 5 and now have a nice location in the NW. Great food too! Upright is also always in my top 5 and amazing. If you go to Apex or Beer Mongers, Los Gorditos has good Mexican you can take to either bar. Hit up the myriad food cart pods. Corvallis = Block 15, one of the best all around breweries in Oregon imo and they have very good food too. Have fun!

Thanks for the Block 15 recommendation. I've liked what I've had from them!

They are fantastic all around! Great ipas, stouts and wild ales. Their pilsner and Kölsch are also impressive. And the food, as mentioned, is great!

No, Portland, sorry.
Corvallis is the site of the game we're going to.

Ohhhhh Depends on what you like. Rose Gardens, Zoo, Japanese Gardens are all next to one another and are well worth it, great way to spend a day or half day. Super easy to get to on the MAX too. Powells books! Can spend an hour or a week there. Food cart pods. Art museum near PSU is very good. History museum in the same area is nice. OMSI is another good museum. kidd Toy Museum is strange and wonderful. Forest Park is beautiful and fun for walks/hikes or trail runs. Kennedy School is really interesting to walk around. Old school turned into a couple of bars, cigar smoking lounge, movie theater, restaurant etc... Saturday Portland Farmers market is wonderful, but if you're going to a college game I suspect?, then this is probably out. Lots of great coffee in pdx: Water Avenue, Upper Left, Coava, Heart, Courier.

I think we might to Multonomah Falls. Looks chill.

Upright is one of the most surreal places I've ever been. Cash only, or at least it was.

Thanks! I always carry quite a bit of cash when I travel for ease of use.
