Pils #5 is the lightest beer we offer. It’s a great summer beer. It’s crisp, refreshing, but Czech and German malts give it depth and complexity. It’s closer in taste to a European Beer Hall Pils than the paler versions you usually find in America. Pils is a challenging beer to make. It’s light and subtle. As the brew masters say “there’s nowhere to hide your mistakes.”
