This style of stout, developed in honor of brewer & CSU Alumnus Matt Wernsman, is produced and bottled by The Fort Collins Brewery, and marketed by Wilbur’s Total Beverage. All proceeds from sales are being donated to the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, Colorado State University, to be used in teaching the FTEC 460 Brewing Science and Technology course.
