Brewed with the intention of adding a slight twist to the Scotch Ale style and named after one of Edinburgh most famous landmarks, St.Giles Cathedral, St. Giles is a combination of traditional Scottish brewing and American Cascade hops.
Dark, rich and smooth with roast chocolate aroma it has a full and robust body.
Malt: Maris Otter, Crystal, Chocolate, Wheat
Other: Oats
