AKA Scrumpy. A medium, still cider only available on draught or in 2 or 4 litre plastic containers drawn from the barrel.
ABV varies but is usually 6.0%-6.5%
NOTE: Not to be confused with the slightly sparkling "Farm Pressed" version sold in 1 litre glass flagons.
Burrow Hill Cider is pressed from traditional cider apples and matured in oak barrels. The result is a vintage quality cider which, to the best of our knowledge, is the only cider in recent years to have won the cider championship awards in Devon, Somerset and Herefordshire all in the same year.
