This classic West Coast style India Pale Ale is loaded with pronounced citrus and grapefruit rind hop notes with a hint of sweet malt in the aroma. The smooth malt flavor is backed by an assertive hop character from generous amounts of “new-school” aromatic hops, including the Amarillo and Simcoe varieties used during dry hopping.
