A hoppy golden pale ale with a resin, lemon, hop character.
Orkney comprises of 70 islands, 17 or 18 of which are inhabited. Each unique in its own way, locals and tourists travel internally by both sea and air. We use all pale malt and lots of New Zealand hops to create this hoppy but still sessionable low strength beer.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt (Maris Otter), wheat malt, Nelson Sauvin hops, yeast.
