Meet Goldilocks, She’s new. She’s golden and we like having her around, brightening the place up. Maybe best described as an English Summer Ale, she’s hoppy, zingy and perfect for summer. We used Styrian Goldings hops all the way thru this one, and just a touch of Vienna Malt in the mash.
