Once a year, the first green Willamette & Cascade hops of the season are harvested to supply only enough for a single brew. Within hours, the fresh green hops are combined with new season pale malt, our exclusive yeast culture and pure Tasmanian water to create Cascade First Harvest Ale. This is a traditional top fermented ale with a prominent leafy aroma and a spicy citrus finish resulting from the fresh hops. These herbaceous tones are balanced by a rich and robust maltiness.
