Description:
The Koelsch is carefully crafted outside the 20 mile radius of metropolitan Koln, with complete disregard for the Koelsch Convention. Brewed in the traditional German style, this unfiltered ale is a dry medium bodied drop with a delicate white head and a golden straw colour. The palate has citrus and pear flavours with a hint of malty biscuit and a clean and refreshing finish.
