This barrel aged dry cyser (ísize-erí: a honey wine made with apples) was made with fresh-pressed Michigan apple cider and aromatic Michigan wildflower honey. Fermented to dryness and aged in charred American oak barrels. Huge apple aroma is complimented by the flavor of honey and oak with a warm smooth finish.
