Description:
New World Amber Ale - a no nonsense recipe that takes its character through a blend of ingredients sourced from New Zealand, Bamberg and Dublin. This vivacious Ale has recently won the “festival of beer” in the storehouse in Dublin. Do you we need to tell you anything new? Skip the rest and order yourself a mighty pint.
We keep our house strain of top fermenting yeast at slightly cooler temperature to allow the maltiness from the bohemian and caramel malts to team up with the volatile hop aroma. Talk about hop we have four additions, all aroma hops from newer more juvenile breeds like Smaragd.
