Description:
Maibock is a German lager beer that is brewed for annual springtime celebrations. It is dark in color, unfiltered, and has a hefty mouthfeel. Bocks are lightly hopped, with the flavor leaning towards malty sweetness. A large measure of Munich malt contributes a toasted biscuity flavor; dark roasted malts add color and flavors. We use Hallertau, Saaz, and Mt. Hood hops.
