Here’s a light-bodied beer with mild hop aroma and slight bitterness. Kölsch originated in the German city of Cologne after centuries of resistance to lager brewing. With that said, this beer is an ale but fermented at lower temperatures than your standard ale. Our Kölsch is easy to drink when you deal with Farmington heat!
