Our Belgian Tripel is a true classic, brewed with strong ale yeast derived from Westmalle Abbey. This yeast lends clean, assertive flavors and fruity aromas to a pleasing malt backbone. Although this is one strong beer, we were able to maintain the high level of refinement which is a true characteristic of the style.
