El Hefe Anejo was recently re-released as part of our revamped Barrel-Aged Program. This new version uses an Imperial Hefeweizen base aged in Tequila Barrels for 9 months. The result is a bigger, more expressive brew with notes of Tequila and characteristics of charred oak.
