Nowadays a lot of people grumble at civil servants and public administration
and its logic, its flexibility and its meaningfulness. But now We can tell
you how it could be useful in such an unexpected realm as a creation of
new recipes and beer production are. In January 2012 We brewed 1800L
of India Pale Ale in order to be distilled and to get beer spirit. However,
it is not easy to change beer to spirit through official channels. Thus
a retardation in the process of the acquisition of appropriate documents
brings forth a brand new beer. So after 3 months We´ve added wort of
new dark beer into uncarbonated IPA, the beer will undergo conditioning
for 14 days and then wild hopped Clerk´s IPA is coming on our taps.
We wanted to have spirit, We have beer. Piped in today.
