This ecectic brown ale is the second in the Dark Odyssey Series, and is best described as a Belgian styled brown ale brewed with figs. Yet another box ticker!
Brewed with a blend of 5 different malts, Australian and New Zealand hops, and our house Belgian yeast strain. Juicy figs were added late in the boil to accentuate the malt character and fruitiness from the Belgian ferment,and added spicy notes. Perfect for drinking during the cooler months,and great with a ploughman’s. Even better with a bit of age.
