Each year, since 1996, Brasserie Pietra pays tribute to the Fiera di a Castagna di Bucugnà, in the form of a limited-edition “collector’s” bottle.
This recalls the fact that this major Corsican event was the first to understand and show that the sweet chestnut, fruit of the patrimonial tree, is a product with a bright future. These precursors managed to enhance the value of the sweet chestnut by giving it a real role to play in the economy.
Pietra Bucugnà is a 75cl silk-screened bottle with a champagne-style cork and an old-fashioned ceramic closer.
Each year since 1996, Brasserie Pietra calls on its public relations firm Agep to create the Pietra Bucugna bottle. Today there are ten “collector” bottles, some of which are out of stock.
