Spring-Summer 2012 - The Experiment Ale series of beers is Harvester’s seasonal and rotating line of beers, produced in limited quantities using seasonal ingredients. The current offering is the Raspberry Ale, based on the Red Ale, with slightly less roast of the chestnuts and then over 80 lbs. of raspberry puree added during fermentation. It’s a crisp and slightly tart beer, great for the summer.
