First seen as a one-off cask release at Ealing beer festival in July 2012. Released in bottles in August 2012.
The third beer in the Past Masters series was first brewed on Thursday, September 10th 1931. The origins of the Old Burton style have changed over the course of the 20th Century, but this version is brewed to the authentic recipe - a true recreation of a wonderful long-lost beer. A rich, golden ale with a big malt character and an incredible balance of sweetness and warmth on the palate.
