Old Zahm is named after our old fashioned brewing tool, the Zahm, which measures carbonation in the tanks and has been used by generations of brewers. We asked ourselves: why buy a new version when we can go with the original -- a classic? And the same thought went into our beer: why brew a modern, light bodied Oktoberfest when we can brew up the full-throttle original version! Prosit!
