We brewed Hey You as a collaboration withThe Mayor of Old Town. Deep amber, with copper hues, Hey You has a rich, complex malt character. Cool fermentation with a lager strain keeps the yeast profile clean and neutral. The malt flavor contains notes of bread and toast with a pleasant sweetness. A low, subtle hop character provides balance. Hey you! Out there in the cold, Getting lonely, getting old, can you feel me?
