A strong, dark, rich ale that brings together some great Fife ingredients from friends and fellow stall holders at the Fife Farmers Market. Added to the malt are whole pieces of dark chocolate from the Cocoa Tree, adding more depth and velvety chocolate flavours, and rounded off with a warming finish, enhanced by local chillies from Chillilicious and Hot Pepper Jelly produced by Trotter’s Independent Condiments. So close the curtains, stoke the fire and crack open this big flavoured beer late into the dark winter nights.
