Description:
Executive Chef Carl Chambers cooked over 100 lbs of red delicious apples before smoking the apples in house. The resulting preparation was infused with maple syrup during a 4 hour reduction process. Brewmaster Richard Dube then added the smoked apple reduction to this spring seasonal lager. The result is a 3.7 % ABV session beer that quenches the thirst with a subtle smokey finish.
