Our first beer and second commercial approach to rising style based on polish hops - Polish India Pale Ale.
Malts: pale ale, amber, caramel 150.
Hops: Sybilla, Marynka, Lubelski, Iunga.
Yeast: Safale US-05.
Extract 14.1° Plato; 5.5 % alc. vol.; IBU 64. Pasteurized.
Suggested serving temperature: 10°C.
Due to recipe and contract brewer changes in june 2014, moved to new entry.
