Craft beer from the Ales family . Unfiltered
unpasteurized, so it may contain sediments in
the bottle.
Brewed with barley malt, Crystal and special
wheat called Forment (from Catalonia). We use
different hops, Cascade, Simcoe and Summit.
Amber beer with compact and persistent foam.
Fine carbonation
In aroma particular appreciate notes of ripe
peach and grapefruit.
On the palate a touch of sweetness to notice the
presence of caramelized malt. Its mouth feel is
nice and creamy with a medium body .
The retro nasal predominantly bitter responding
to their type.
Perfect for pairing with dishes quite spicy, spicy
and hot. Also highly recommended with blue
cheese.
