An American updating of an India Pale Ale. This pale copper beverage features Pacific Northwest grown hops and malted barley. The first thing noticed is the amazing aroma from the double dry hopping, post fermentation. The initial taste conveys a combination of the sweetness of the malt and bitterness of the early addition hops. The later addition hops then come into play with citrus and pine flavors and then the aroma finishes it all off as you move the glass back to the table.
