This DIPA pours out the hazy color of honey and orange marmalade. It’s hopped with Warrior for buttering and Citra, Simcoe, and Falconer’s Flight all in a whirlpool after our boil. Its bright fruit and citrus overtones are grounded by earthier flavors of pine and wood. Medium bodied and well balanced, unfiltered and double dry-hopped, its focus is hop flavor and aroma, not so much bitterness.
