Opaque black, this is a semi-Irish stout. It is creamy and smooth, with a flavor or roasted coffee and an underlying hint of caramel. It finishes dry with a touch of bitterness. It is served with a mix of nitrogen and carbon dioxide to give it a thick creamy head similar to Guinness.
