INGREDIENTS: Maris Otter pale malt/amber malt/pale chocolate malt/torrefied wheat/Phoenix, Cascade and First Gold hops. A beer created in conjunction with Branthill Farm at Wells-next-the-Sea, using the farm's Maris Otter barley.
TASTING NOTES: A red amber brew with a malty, lightly chocolaty, very nutty aroma. The taste and finish are also nutty and malty with reasonable bitterness and hints of roast.
