Cask, Regular;
A strong bodied richly coloured real ale that combines an initial sweetness with a developing bitterness accentuated by delicate and fruity after taste. It is available in both bottle and cask conditioned form. Named after Sir William Paxtons folly which was built in 1812 to celebrate the victories of Admiral Nelson. Also it was to prove that Paxton himself was not bankrupt. The tower itself is within a short distance of the brewery and is set atop a steep hill.
