In the little town of Bavay, only a few miles from the border with Belgium, the Theillier family has crafted its fine bière de garde for generations. The charming brewery is built into the Theillier family home, which was constructed in the 1600’s on sturdy Roman foundations.
La Bavaisienne is artfully brewed, in very small batches, using a resourceful combination of ancient and modern equipment.
