Description:
Brewed with European Pilsner malt, German wheat malt and a hefty dose of turbinado sugar in the kettle, this beer clocks in at a hefty 9.14% abv. Despite its strength it has a dry finish and is very drinkable. The traditional Belgian yeast packs this beer with tropical fruit flavors, a mysterious earthiness and an inviting spiciness. In addition, we added grains of paradise, coriander and the peels of fresh clementines. Phil Farrell - a local homebrewer and beer freak – brewed this with me for a
“pro-am” competition.
