Available January 31st. Another special labor of love from our brewer to warm you during these cold winter days. The weeks spent toasting the oats to various degrees of toastiness in our kitchen's ovens make this quite possibly a first of its kind. Full of chocolaty-roasty malt goodness with a toasted quality and smooth creamy mouthfeel achieved from the oats, which made up 20% of the total grains used to make this Imperial version of an Oatmeal Stout. Take time to allow this one to warm, as it reveals all its truly unique aromas and flavors for your enjoyment.
