This beer is a version of a Belgian Witbier incorporating 50% wheat and 50% barley. To put a subtle spicy note to the beer, heather and sweet orange peel were added in the process to showcase this beer originating from Olde Burnside Brewing's Scottish roots. The yeast, malts and hops (Fuggles) used are British, the style very Belgian, and the spiciness Scottish, making this a very "worldy" ale.
