Big Texas Beer Fest, one of the Southwest’s largest, is coming to Houston!

This is our first event of many to come in Houston. The event will take place at NRG Center, and will feature 350+ craft beers, 80+ breweries, 4-6 food trucks, live music and more!

If you’ve ever been, then you know that BTBF is well-known as the festival to go to for exclusive and rare beers, one-offs and special firkins. Since brewers never know when beers will be ready, we always release the beer list about 1 week before the event. Grab your tickets now, as our other events have never offered tickets at the door.

As you might expect, much of the festival focuses on the emerging Houston craft beer scene, and Texas craft beer as a whole.

Plenty of food is always available from one of our many food trucks, or Aramark concessions indoors. And while you eat, be sure to listen to national and local music acts on the outdoor stage.

General admission tickets include the following ($39 + tax):

Access to the festival on Saturday, May 21 from 2:00-6:30pm OR Saturday from 2pm - 6:30pm.
Live, music acts outdoors TBA.
Commemorative Big Texas Beer Fest clear acrylic tasting cup
Sampling card with (12) 2oz samples with access to 350+ beers. (Why do I only get 24oz with admission? TABC law in Texas)

VIP admission tickets add the following benefits ($65 + tax):

Dedicated VIP entrance to the festival on Saturday at 1:00pm. Tickets will be pre-scanned to allow VIPs the full additional hour. Show up early!
Commemorative Big Texas Beer Fest glass tasting cup AND acrylic tasting cup.
First access to rare, limited, firkins, and one-off beers.
In-and-out access to the festival (VIP only).
Limited amount of VIP tickets will be sold.
VIP will ONLY be sold in advance.

We don’t like the 24oz limitation at a beer festival in Texas as much as you don’t, and that’s why we price additional sampling cards for only $2. That’s right, during the festival you can get an additional (12) 2oz samples for only $2. Legally we have to charge you something.

**We have not offered tickets at the door in years’ past, because we have always sold out in advance. If for some reason this changes, general admission tickets will be $50 (including tax). VIP tickets are not sold at the door, so please purchase in advance.

*** A portion of the admission price covering the 24oz of beer sampling is being collected by Brewvolution, LLC on behalf of the permit holder.

*** 10% of net proceeds to benefit the Houston Food Bank.
