this is a giant joke. "surly led the charge to make brewpubs legal"

My current top 10, based on no specific criteria in particular: 10. Summit -- I’m probably being generous out of respect for an elder, but I’m having trouble finding a tenth brewery that I think is clearly better. 9. Olvalde 8. HammerHeart 7. Steel Toe 6. Indeed 5. Fitgers 4. Dangerous Man -- The best of the post-Surly Bill era 3. Barley John’s -- The Rosie’s and Dark Knight variations are hard for any brewery to top. 2. Town Hall -- Just keeps pumping out good beer after good beer after good beer 1. Surly -- Still on another level from every other brewery in the state. Good at its worst, great at its typical, and among the best in the world at its best.

Brewpubs weren’t included in their list. Right?

Brewpubs weren’t included in their list. Right? I didn’t see anything in the article about brewpubs being excluded even though none actually made the list.

612 is on their list. 612 is on their list. 612 is on their list.

I like this list, my biggest change would be Barley John’s but otherwise solid.
