Hi

I’m just having a bottle of Wiper and True India Pale Ale Family Tree

The version on here is one brewed at Ashley Down.

http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/wiper-and-true-india-pale-ale-family-tree/260314/

The bottle I have had says it is brewed at Wiper and True’s brewery on York Street.

The abv is different also now at 6.7%

I assume this should be added as a new beer?
Should the Ashley Down version be retired or Linked?
Are all Wiper and True beers now brewed at Wiper and True, if so should all none wiper and true brewed beers be retired?

Help....

At first glance, it looks like there’s a case to create a new entry and retire the old. Might need to move some ratings if that’s the case.

Thanks. There have been no rates of the old version for 12 months, and this bottle says batch 2 so might be the other rates are in the right place.

Unfortunately Wiper & True don’t seem to consider it worthwhile to list any of their beers on their website apart from what’s available now so it’s a bugger to keep track of what they are up to. No doubt a lot of them should be retired but it’s impossible to know with any degree of certainty.

Further to this, I asked Wiper and True and they confirmed al their beers are now brewed at their own site. Rather than as a cuckoo at other locations. Does this help with retiring beers brewed at other location, like Ashley Down or would make things too complicated.
