72 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 13/20 GTAEgeek (103) Atlanta, Georgia | April 9, 2013 This little store is a little hard to find. The signage is lacking, but I still found it. The store is open, with a barn feel, and lots of old wood. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and knew the beer. He even diverted attention from a regular in the store to take care of me. The prices were very reasonable. This is a good little store. The tap list is good, but there aren’t many bottles. | 72 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 13/20 Cybercat (138) Georgia | January 25, 2013 This is a new place, so it doesn’t have the warm feel of an established beer store, and the shelves seemed more dedicated to growlers than to bottles. However, I am confident that the sterile feel will vanish in good time. The bottle selection was acceptable, if not outstanding; however, their growler taps look good. I did find a few beers that I haven’t seen before. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They have homebrew supplies in addition to bottles and growlers, so this is a sort of all-in-one beer store. If you’re in the area, at least stick your nose in. | 80 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 18/20 finn1918 (11) Georgia | December 29, 2012 This is a difficult one to review, since it is so new. Currently, they have a bar with about a dozen growler taps where two people are always stationed to help you. Bottles and cans are placed haphazardly on three shelves in the middle of the store, where they have an odd assortment of beers and ciders ranging from Pabst in a 16 oz can to more expensive imperial stouts. I asked the owner about the odd selection, and he explained that they were selling so fast that nothing stayed on the shelf for more than a couple weeks. There were no six packs, but you get a 10% discount when you buy six beers or more, including bombers. Beers were overpriced, but these guys need to make a profit to get on their feet, so I fully support them there. This is a place with a whole lot of potential, and I hope they reach their goal of being able to stock 1,000 beers on their shelves. | 90 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 18/20 ktmtfl (1) Georgia | September 23, 2012 I absolutely love this place. Great selection for growlers and terrific service. |
