I wasn’t looking for the place at all but noticed it after leaving House of a 1000 beers on my way to the turnpike. It’s a relatively small selection of craft though the prices are solid especially on draft with nothing over $4. They have a couple of tables setup but its an odd atmosphere for a pint. It’s like hanging out at a 7-11.

Really confusing set up, coolers on the ghit and then random shelves everywhere. Service was moderate. Selection was not huge, but had a few interesting things that we don;t see much in Pgh. I dind;t eat so I skipped that section. Prices were a little below average for Pgh which was nice. Overall, decent to get a good mixer 6 pack, but nothing mucch else.

This is a great place to mix a six or have a draft after work.

OK, this is a very beer friendly location; clean welcoming place and people. Very nice selection but perhaps not any really rare beers, except a couple of random niceties. After 2.5K tastings I was still able to find a few new ones here. Bar-b-que day; free samples and it was GOOD. Over all good beer experience. Impressed.

I have visited this place twice over the past few months. On both occasions, Rich, the owner, was there. He’s a really nice guy, and seems quite eager to do what he can to make customers’ experience there as enjoyable as possible. The location sits on a main thoroughfare between Cheswick and Springdale, and is noticeable due to the large "BEER" sign out front. The interior is well-lit, family friendly, and spotlessly clean. There are three rotating beers on tap, with somewhere between 150-200 bottles in both single and 4/6-pack form. Both common and harder-to-find craft and European stuff was stocked, and there seemed to be a larger selection in my second visit. The prices are excellent. The beers my wife and I sampled were at least 30-40% less than what we’ve paid anywhere else in the Pittsburgh area. Food options are limited to big hot dogs and bratwurst, but we tried the former and thought they were quite good. Overall, this place seems to be a hidden gem. Absolutely worth a visit.
