Same old Pub concept as everywere else (outside the UK and Ireland, because it isn’t a concept there, but just what it is). Though I like pubs. So this one’s fine too. But nothing really special or extraordinary about this pub. And as in all dutch pubs, the variety of beers disappoint me.

Pretty decent for an English pub in the Hague. I’ve been here on two occasions and while neither were particularly memorable, the bar wasnt to blame. Better than average selection. Good ambiance.

One of the larger bars in The Hague, has an English sports bar atmosphere. Mixed crowd, rowdy but good company. More and more proper beer nowadays.

Nice interior, roomy and spacious. OK service. 7 taps: Jupiler, Hoegaarden, Franziskaner, Strongbow, Guinness, Hertog Jan and Palm. 113 bottles (says on the wall). No cask (at the moment). OK prices. Football on the big screen. Free Wi-Fi.

Large English pub with a great selection of bottled beers. Needs more draught but the brewery is supposed to open again soon.

Now they do not brew their own beers. You can try some nice dutch beers on tap.

The classic English expat bar in the Hague, Still in the style of the Firkin chain from when this was the Fiddler & Firkin. The brewing equipment has long since stopped working (but then who really wants to get the chance to try Dogbolter again :-). Nice to see though now that they are getting a reasonable selection of bottled beers, soon to be growing to beyond 100.

a decent selection of bottled beer with few surprises (yet). The selection keeps growing. They have only 1 decent beer on tap, the rest being lagers, a cider and Guiness.
