P.J. Whelihan’s - Downingtown

Standard PJs, solid draft list, above average food, perky and peppy servers, although not necessarily as skilled in beer knowledge as they should be. Service here is better than Victory if you are in Downingtown, and less likely to be a shit show on weekends and peak hours.

Fun sports part in the D’town area. Good selection with plenty to choose from style-wise. Also like their collaborations with Victory. Bar staff is very friendly. Worth a visit.

Good food, decent selection. Nothing exciting but a decent spot to catch a beer and wings.

Draft bee selection is good not a lot of bottles. Food is below average and the service isn’t always the best but it’s a great place to catch games.

pjs is pretty much a huge sports bar. Tons of tvs...giant screens...with multiple games showing at all times. Very friendly atmosphere and good bar folks. Service is friendly and fairly fast though they don’t all know that much about beer. Food here is standard sports bar fare but prepared well...amazing wings! 48 taps and roughly half are very nice craft beers. Prices are good. Check it out...not your average beer bar but nice.
