Vinmonopolet Drammen - Strømsø

Almost the same selection as Vinmonopolet Bragernes on the other side of the river. But this bottle shop had more beers from the July release. Attentive staff. My next stopp? My car needed two new tires. Damn, they were worn out! Bilringen AS next. (Visited July 31st 2017)

2 min walk from the train station. Not very difficult to find. You will find a lot of good beer here. If you are a hardcore ratebeerian, you can probably still find a tick or two here. Especially if you are not Norwegian. Quite decent selection.

Close to the train station. Pretty sad bottle selection, especially compared to the wine/spirit selection, akin to the rest of Vinmonopolet I got to visit. Some local beers avail albeit very limited as was the rest of the Norwegian beers, saw some Haand, Kinn, Aegir. The rest consists of mostly big names from around the world also rather ltd + a few small US breweries that I had not seen avail in Belgium. Prices are ok by Norwegian standards, service was friendly.

Directly across the main square from the train station, this is an easy stop. Selection is not as good as the Meny further down the road. Despite being in the same town asthe Haand brewery, they do not stock their beers. They did have some Flying Dog, and a handful of regional micros, plus one sour from Mikkeller.
