| NachlamSie (357), Tennessee | | March 16, 2010 Giant liquor superstore environment. The selection is extensive with many limited releases still sitting on the shelf. There were many IPAs I wanted to pick up but was afraid of the age on them. Dust was noticeable on many items. I stuck to bottled conditioned beers and imperial stouts an made out with quite the haul. The folks here, unsurprisingly, know virtually nothing about the beer stock. Prices are right on par for the area. Worth scoping out for some rare stuff. | | hombrepalo (100), Chicago, Illinois | | May 5, 2008 smaller and older looking than most of the other binny’s. selection similar, some specials but nothing stood out. 4 pack of goose island bourbon stout for $20.99 seemed alright. Wine store for sure. | | satan165 (101), River Grove, Illinois | | March 29, 2008 [ Updated September 1, 2008 ] like most binny’s more then 50% of their space is devoted to wine. their selection of unchilled american crafts and imports is in the northeast corner of the store and honestly its not that bad. this is the closest place for me to scoop up a saison dupont for one thing, they also regularly carry a selection of hitachinos. i know that whether or not they carry my favorite obscure beers is not a fair judgement of the store as a whole, however there is nothing within 10 miles that i can acquire either of those brands, and the prices on them are levelheaded. i do not shop here often, but its a welcome option when i choose to take advantage. infinitely better then the river grove dump, but i am unsure how it measures to the other locations as i have visited them in limited time or not at all. | | Cornfield (143), Oak Forest, Illinois | | December 28, 2005 Smaller than any other Binny’s that I’ve been to, and thusly a smaller selection. Still, better than most liquor stores, more so if you’re a wine drinker. | | NobleSquirrel (161), Chicago, Illinois | | August 19, 2005 If you feel like getting your Mexican brews on, come here, otherwise steer clear. I happened to be working in this area one day and saw that that was basically all that they carried. I had a hard time finding American macros even. Still, some random and weird mexican brews to be sure. |
