Edvin_B (1), Göteborg, Sweden does not count - explanation | | April 9, 2012 Great pub with a big selection of good beers and a nice staff. | berg (1), Bua, Sweden does not count - explanation | | April 5, 2012 Nice place with most of all a good tap selection. | | rhialistic (13), Denver, Colorado | | March 25, 2012 Wonderful attentive service, owner and staff remembered me from a facebook post. Lunch special is a great deal - poached salmon and potatoes with salad bar for a very reasonable price. Excellent selection and knowledgeable staff. Love this place! | | beeroverwithme (29), Tønsberg, Norway | | February 6, 2012 [ Updated February 7, 2012 ] This beer bar, at the same location as the former Delirium Café, sports a good draft beer selection and a large bottle selection. If you meet the right bartender you also get a lot of help with the beer and perhaps a peek inside their beer storage room :) On my last visit they had Nynäshamn week, with almost half of the taps taken over by that brewery. Still they had some good foreign beers on draft too, such as North Coast Brother Thelonious and a fresh Tripel Karmeliet. The bottle beer menu is still vast, with lots of old goodies - such as Fuller’s Vintage Ales back to 2002 and Boon Oude Geuze 2007-2008, both at the top now. The kitchen is also above average, I had a really delicious moules frites with lobster tail sauce and some huge and juicy mussels. The place is spacy even if crowded, so that’s another plus in my book. Last visit: Feb 3, 2012. | | Plovmand (49), Helsinge, Denmark | | November 25, 2011 Pub/restaurant rather close to the center og Gothenburg. Lots of people here. International bar feeling. No real professional knowledge of beers but speedy service and nice smiling bartenders. Lots of locals on tap along with some Danish micros. | | Aniela (37), Skövde, Sweden | | October 23, 2011 A nice big pub in center of Gothenburg. | Clyx (7), , Sweden does not count - explanation | | September 4, 2011 This frankly is like The Rover, but bigger place and bigger selection. BUT the service is not even close to The Rover and the food is not worth the money really. The only reason I drink beer here is because they have some nice tastings and great beer on tap. | | sebletitje (200), Enghien, Belgium | | September 3, 2011 [ Updated September 5, 2011 ] Visited twice during lunch time with Gnoff and a third time with a friend on way to the airport.
Old Delirium place. Busy lunch rush hour with a limited menu that was well priced and well presented for just 90SEK, plenty of free refills other one included a very well presented plate of salaison and cheeses with tapenade, etc along with pomme frites and garlic-mayo sauce. Beer price is expensive as per usual in Sweden ranging from 60-85SEK for 30-40cl on the micro beers.
Beer selection had some nice Swedish offerings with other macros. Fairly decent draft selection that rotates often along with other bottles. Draft list renewed 3 days after my visit with new rare Ocean beers, hard to find Narke. Friendly service eventhough they were quite busy.
Had more of a restaurant feel than a pub maybe because of the lunch hour. | | HenrikSoegaard (144), Randers, Denmark | | July 29, 2011 Fantastic beerbar close to Centralstation and Shopping center Nordstan. Many swedish class-breweies on tap. Huge bottle selection with gems. They have Utopia and Käggen stormarktsporter (350 Skr). A really nice bar that I will return to. | | Rasmus40 (62), Beder, Aarhus, Denmark | | July 22, 2011 Fairly big place with a friendy staff. Lots of Swedish micros on tap and plenty of bottles with mostly Swedish, Danish and American micros. I didn’t try the food, but it looked tasty. |
