The selection here is pretty great, although I went in here looking for three pretty standard things (yearly brews, not seasonals), and they didn’t have any. I did find a couple other things that were interesting though and the staff was nice enough.

the ratings for this place are completely justified. excellent selevtion, lots of limited and ba stuff aplenty on the shelves, thomas hardys 2008 singles or 4 packs, and at a very resonable price at that. tons of local stuff too of course, great place to get fresh iipas and such. very helpful and knowledgable staff, very cool place. only thing is parking can be bad depending which is sort of meh, but overall this place is top notch, excellent!

Walked over in the cold and wind from my hotel (Hilton Garden Inn), which was only a couple blocks away. Now I see why this place is so highly rated. Huge two story store with a great selection of beers. Great mix of imports and local brews. Many of the 4 or 6 packs could be split and sold as singles with the single price listed right next to the full pack price. Service was great, a couple people asked to help me and one spent quite a bit of time walking through the local stuff they had in stock. Prices for being downtown seemed very good, plus 10% off for RBers! On par with the best Minnesota beer stores.

The most beautiful store in Indiana with the best selection of the hardest to find beers in the city. Along with several other Crown locations, this place is a true treasure to it’s neighborhood. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask!

This is a great liquor store. The appearance of the place is great, and the selection is huge. Prices are a bit higher, but since it’s downtown that’s understandable. They even have some homebrewing supplies in stock! When I’ve been there they have been quite busy, so it might be hard to get an associate to help, but if you just want to browse a large number of beers and wines unmolested, this is the place for it.

Straight top notch liquor store. The selection is outstanding and service is top quality. Mike Sprinkle and the rest of the staff really have a passion for what they do and the prices are fair. Always keep on stock hard to find beers including Mikkeller, Struise, Cantillon, all American micro’s available. Hell, they even have some Russian River available at times. The prices are around $40.00, but it’s a convenient thing. This and Kahn’s are the two best beer shops in all of Indiana. Enough said.

Visited on one of my bi-yearly trips to Indy. Really nice setup, two levels with beer and liquor on top wine on the lower level. Mainly went there for a scotch I had been looking for (which they had on hold for me), but the overall selection was pretty fantastic in beer terms. Tons of locals and imports and even some special brews, which while they came at a premium price, it’s still nice that they’re available. Nice setup, great selection, friendly/helpful staff, I certainly plan on revisiting when in town.

Excellent beer store- charged the market downtown. Not alot of deals, but great selection and friendly staff.
